Monthmate is a personal budgeting app for iOS and Android. This policy describes how we handle your information.
What we collect
Budget data (income, expenses, bills, savings target, and settings) is stored locally on your device by default. Account information (email), if you choose to create an account in a future sync feature, purchase status from the App Store or Google Play (via RevenueCat), and support correspondence may also be processed. v1 does not require an account for budgeting.
How we use it
To provide budgeting features on your device, process the optional lifetime unlock purchase, and handle support requests. We do not use your budget data for advertising.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and payment processors only to operate the app, including RevenueCat (lifetime unlock / in-app purchases). Supabase may be used if account-based sync is offered in a future version. Apple and Google process payments through their store accounts. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention & deletion
Local data stays on your device until you delete it in Settings or uninstall the app. You can delete local data from Settings. Store purchase history is controlled by Apple or Google.
