By using Monthmate, you agree to these terms. The app is provided for personal budgeting and is not financial advice.
Your data
Monthmate works without an account by default — your budget stays on your device and is not automatically synchronized. Export Backup in Settings saves a complete copy you can restore. CSV export is a spreadsheet of transactions and cannot restore a budget. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for keeping your device secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
Purchases
Monthmate is free to download through the App Store or Google Play. Premium offers the same on-device features for $3.99/month, $24.99/year, or $79.99 lifetime (USD list prices; local store prices may vary). Monthly and yearly purchases renew automatically unless canceled through your store. Lifetime is a one-time purchase; existing lifetime purchases retain their access. Buying lifetime does not automatically cancel a separate subscription. The 30-day Premium preview starts after budget setup without payment details and does not charge automatically. After it ends, core budgeting, your stored data, CSV export, and your first completed cycle report remain available. Cloud sync is not included. Billing, cancellations, and refunds follow your store's policies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in ways that harm other users or our infrastructure.
